help with sat nav please

 ola all,

Awaiting arrival of a garmin sat nav, it's got 2010.10 maps on it,  someone did say a bit ago it took you to our security gate. Was wondering wot address you need to put into it to get you to gates as i'm sure it won't of got internal ring road on it.  Does anyone know as we are letting friends use it ?

These are the co-ordinates for the security gate north

I have a couple of locations that I copied off a forum post some while ago:

C de A -  37.72241 N, 0.55829 W

Ikea -  38.02627 N, 1.14610 W

There was also locations for places like Pt. de Mazarron etc, so probable a thread on the forum you can access.

We bought a Garmin Nuvi a year or so ago so it doen't have Condado and the new roads on it.

Has anyone out there done an upgrade yet?

If so does it have the latest details?

How much did it cost?

What is the proceedure for doing it?

Hi all,

Nearest town is Vent Aledo.  Most sat/navs have this in their system.  This will take you just one stop down and along the RM23.  Should know you're way from here.

I have just purchased a garmin nuvi and updated it to the latest maps.

I did this on the garmin website, it was free with the 60 day map guarantee, I think it costs about £60 to update an older sat nav.
