my husband is at the condado at the moment.

every time he turns the tv box on it crashes any one k now how to fix this problem or who to contact now that polaris are no longer there.

Hi,

Assuming it is a Polaris box, you can still contact telecom to report this, they come to condado every Tuesday and Thursday.
