Attending the AGM? If not don't lose your Vote.

The AGM is a week on Saturday, I know that a number of you are coming over for the AGM, but I suspect that the majority of owners will be unable to attend.   This year there are more presidents standing than last, with owners so far coming forward from 7 of the 16 penthouse blocks that went unrepresented last year.  

There are also a few Jardines/Blocks where there is more than one candidate standing for election, make sure your vote counts.  

Remember the list published is only those that have declared in advance, any owner and come forward for election on the day.  Those standing will only be elected if they have the support of the owners,    

If you cannot attend the AGM in person but would like to see one of those that have come forward elected as president to represent your Jardine/Block then please give your vote to someone that will be attending. 

You can register your proxy via email.
Please send the following information:

- Name:
- Plot Number:
- DNI or NIE:
- Name of Representative:

Please send this information to  your representative and copied to admin@cdagr.eu

So, for example

If you wish to vote for Mike French, put Mike French down as your representative and send the email to Frenchmik3@yahoo.com & admin@cdagr.eu

Not all those standing for election can attend the AGM in person, in which case thier vote can be collected by someone that is e.g

So, If you wish to vote for Simon Wroe, put  Phil Tann down as you representative and send the email to Pres.N1@cdagr.eu & admin@cdagr.eu

The thread you are looking for started on the 19th by PTan and is call "Comunity AGM only a few weeks away". This lets you know who is standing for election in each garden or penthouse.

The AGM is TOMORROW, you only have a few hours left to :-

Stand for president ( there are still a number of penhouses without any nominations)  It is a possiblilty that where no ones stands an owner will simply be nominated by the administrator.  This is the legal practice in spain and written in the Horizontal property laws - it could be you! 

Deligate your proxy - If you cannot attend the AGM, then please deligate your proxy to someone who is.  This is your chance to decide who should be your garden president,  so if you don't vote don't grumble afterwards that "My president never keeps me informed"

Hi Phil - If I choose to vote for the Spanish candidate on J13 then am I supposed to email the other candidate whose email address is given on the list informing him of this?  It seems a bit odd that I tell Gordon Brown to give my vote to David Cameron???

Err No,  Ana María Canut Vicente didn't provide an email address for people to send vote's to.  Only email Jeremy if you wish to vote for him.  If you wish to Vote for Ana Maria, then you need to give your proxy to someone else attending.
