We use Louise Leverton - tel  619445181 (i haven't made enough posts to put the email address on but am sure lots of other people on this site use her and can provide her email address)  they don't live on site but nearby and are on site most days for other clients.  Would highly recommend them for their personal, friendly service.

Like Tracey we also use Ed and Lynn. Great couple who are always willing to help you out if they can. Ed also speaks good Spanish so helpful with any little problems at town hall etc.if you wish will pm you with there contact details and price they charge, very reasonable.

Carol Miller has been my keyholder for 2 years, absoluetly great at what she does and as she's a resident then has gained an understanding of the loacl area and who can do what to improve your apartment (or fix it).

Having said this then am always fair in my views, and if anyone recommends someone then it's a good start and you can always change your mind down the line, but bear in mind this is their livelihood, and they have to charge for their time and advice to earn a living

Bottom line is that good paid for advice and service is better than free poor advice and service and as we are 3000 (?) miles away then this is something to bear in mind

I would like to second the recommendation of Paul & June Briggs. We have had them as our key-holders since October 09. Since then they have been just great, nothing is a problem to them. We met up at Easter for the first time and they were lovely people which re-confirmed for us that we entrusted our key to the right people. They live on Camposol at the moment but have now a villa on CDA which they are moving up to in June 2010
