Polaris World and Time Share properties

Have just heard from my friend that the Banks are offering Polaris World properties as time share looking for 15 names @2000 euro's per property. She hazards a guess that PW will be looking at that option too as well as resale because although they did offload many unsold and returned properties she doesnt believe they cleared their portfolio. Maybe another reason for the new sales office?

Hi Jan, were they deffo quoting €2,000 or was it €20,000 ........... the former would be terrible news but if it is the latter then wow what a return !

I know it sounds very good but I'm wondering if its more the 'new' fractional ownership and its 2000 euro's deposit. I feel my friend would refer to both concepts as time share given her background in property selling
