Any information on theme park? / AGM topics

Hi there,

             Does anyone have more information with regard to the proposed theme park in Murcia, I've read

somewhere that the land the banks own at Condado is being looked at for the possible location.

Is this venture from paramount hear say or is there some substance in it, it would be amazing if it went through and

any new information would be appreciated.

Also can someone tell me if topics like the a perm / temp clubhouse and keys to the Foro for residents to use

the facilities will be discussed at the AGM this week, and if not they defo should be.

About 6 weeks ago there was a flurry of posts about the news that Paramount Studio's had expressed an interest in Murcia and that the Banks had offered the land PW had passed over to them as a possible site for a club house. A governemnt minister declared he had a letter from Paramount confirming all this and that a feasability study was in the offing. News articles later said that he had a document from the agents Paramount use to source  new locations for them rather than a letter from Paramount. At that point all went silent and has remained that way. So I dont think anyone knows what the real prospects ever where and whether the Corvera Airport funding isues have put paid to any possibility anyway. Other regions reported similar feasiblity studies were to be carried out as well.

Not sure what you mean by 'keys for the Foro' are you really referring to the sports zone? If so thats owned by the Banks and we await news  that / if they have have new owners to run it. ( the Foro was the name for an area of shops and bars that originally should have been built close to the Jardines but were later merged with the Agora shops and bars for Naranjos and relocated to become Al Kasar)

Hopefully the club house will come up at the AGM because apparently Olagolf will be there and are expected to provide a few details about the golf courses and the facilities.
