what happened at the AGM?

Hi,  for those of you that attended the AGM, it would be great if you could share your views on any discussions that may have been had around the following;

Golf - Any update on a clubhouse (temporary or otherwise), and will the other 2 courses ever be built?  Will we still get some sort of discount from Olagolf to play??

Manzano and sports area - the gym was open briefly and now closed, and the sports facilities and bar are closed - are these likely to reopen in the near future - I assume they will outsource to outside companies to run as Polaris no longer own?

Al Kasar - I understand Polaris retain ownership - are they going to filll more units in the near future? (something for kids like Alley Palais would be most useful).

Finally - if Polaris don't own the land just the Al Kasar, who is going to finish Condado with more apartments, villas etc in the years to come?

Any info would be much appreciated!!!

I would expect everything to come to light by the end of the week, everyone who is out there for the AGM probably wont return home until Monday evening, maybe post some info Tuesday, Wednesday??

 I dont expect any official minutes for at least for a few weeks, these things take time, so I am not holding my breath. It will all come out eventually.
