Do you have a title or address for the asset your lawyer has found, I live on an urbanisation built by Huma and may be able to help identify it for you.

We are also looking for debt free Huma asstes to satisfy a large court case award the community won against Huma.

Has anyone, who did not have BG's, actually had their money back since 2008, after winning a case in court please? If so what happened and was an embargo put on a plot? What did your solicitor do differently?

We are currently in touch with another solicitor to see if we have a case against our original solicitor for negligence, since we won our case in Feb 2008 and nothing has happened. Two plots have been seized (supposedly) but nothing came of them. Where does it end and who do you trust???

You mention negligence against your original solicitor ? on what grounds do you think you have a case? trying to find Humas assets without a charge is pretty remote and would leave any solicitor with nowhere to go |

Handing your deposits over to a bunch of thieves, well i think they were all guilty of that but did they do enough to protect you and if they did not where do you go with that one.

A quick up date to let other victims know,  our lawer has had a charge put on a MCC property with no huma loans agianst it, I have now paid another 1800e for the court valuer took inspect the villa and put it up for auction, in the past if the value is much more than the debt huma owe they have paid out prior to the auction, I am in for 38.000 plus all costs.

Dont know what the out come will be, will post here as it may help other victims of the Huma theives.

 Lucky you!  My solicitor could only find assets with embargos and loans allready on.  Who is your solicitor and how did they do it.
