hi all hope you are all good .i am haveing problems with pw about getting them to do some repairs on my place broken tiles rust in the door frame [thats bin there from the start two years ago and getting worse] and damp i have got a ring of black going all a long the bottom of my place creeping up the walls i was last over there in april and no work have been done yet

Yeah, they usually respond to tell you its not their problem, and therefore they're not going to do it. Been battling with them for months now playing ping pong with emails. Think their of the opinion if they make it awkward then you'll get it done yourself. Good luck to you!!!

I would just be glad of a reply from customer services at the moment! I have sent various emails re-problems with tiling on the patio. I have also sent pictures showing the problems. So far I have been totally ignored. Maybe one day.....

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but I am just back from Condado and speaking to friends who are still trying to get some issues resolved they have been told by the guy in the sales office that Polaris have no money to fix any snagging and are therefore probably not going to fix anything outstanding. Our friends then said they thought they were under legal obligation to fix snagging but he was then told that even if he tried to speak to the higher echelons he probably would still get nothing done. It looks like you may have to get the repairs done yourself. The guy in the sales office says they he never knows from day to day if he will have a job the next day as Polaris are so short of money!
I think someone did threaten them with legal action by having a letter sent from their solicitor and the work was done -perhaps this may be the road to go down.

hi all i take it that the 10 years guarantee on are places is not worth the paper its written ????????????? so do that mean there rule no longer apply to us on what we do with are places im thinking of painting my place black at the bottom to go with the mould and a nice red on top

I have had a leaking bathtap from day one and they have had a go at fixing it but just made it worse. Even though I have reminded them of their legal obligations it does not make the slightest difference. Now they are saying they are no longer liable due to the passage of time, even though it has never been resolved satisfactorily. They are just a nightmare and would not get away with it in the UK. I am lucky in that it is a small job, god help anyone who has a serious problem!

We also have had a leaking tap in the bath - mentioned to PW but they are not interested. We know we will have to get it repaired ourselves.
We were toying with the idea of having the bath ripped out and having a shower fitted but the thought of where do we get the same tiling is putting us off.
Maybe we will just get a new tap and shower head (that has also fallen off the wall due to being plastic) and get Steve (Endpeg) to fix it for us.

Our bank, CAM, got in touch with us to pick our deeds up from them at the intercontinental hotel Mar Menor in June. If you have a mortgage contact your bank, if you don't have one then maybe your solicitors will have it sooner or later.
