tv problems

i have had the tv digital reciever for a year now, with no problems. recently i had to reset it as it was only giving me spanish channels, but unfortunatly that didn't work. Does anyone know how i can fix it?

There was anearlier thread about problems with the TV.  We have not been out to our apartment since early and heading back in September - are we going to find there is a problem - has this happened to everyone or is it just specific boxes?

This is a local problem

Have you tried to reboot and conduct a new search there is a bit in the programme where you can search new channels and it should pick up all available.

It is quite simple to do

Sounds like someone deleted the saved channels so TV resets to the normal terrestial ones.

The search saves all channels to the box.

This is what the engineer does when he installs it?

This is common and could be your problem?
