I am currently considering purchasing a 3 bed Town House at Roda Golf. I would be very grateful, if a owner of a similar property at Roda Golf could give me some guidance on what the current annual cost is for various taxes and charges. I am particularly interested in the following:
Community fee, Entidad fee, IBI Tax, La Renta Tax
It would be good to know what I am letting myself in for before I take the plunge.
