Hi nothing back dont think we ever will now in fact wrote it off putting it down to modern life, maybe we will all get a small token when the next development takes place after ours is bulldozed.
Looking back and attempting to take any small positive we can, I honestly dont think me and my good lady would have settled in the aparment in Almoradi its to far away from the beachshops and resturants for a start, also they were very small couldnt swing a cat in ours.
We lost around 10K but bought at a much lower price than ours in La Mata that had everthing included right down to the TV good spec as well where we can walk to the beach and our family love holidaying there, couldnt see them or us being too keen living inland knowing what we no know about Spain.
Another thing in our favour was when we all bought the pound was at a higher level so that mitigated a bit of the loss at todays values also I would imagine if we had have gone through with the purchase we would be sitting now on a property value loss of 25k or even more, you can buy a 2 bed app now in Quasada for 45K easily .
so theres the plus points but still hurts a lot though the pain those XXXXXXXXX put us all through
