once you have won in the courts , how long does it normally take for the courts in spain to look into what assets urbasa  have ?

if  its going to be months or even years  it wont be worth anyone bothering

because urbasa proberbly would have gone bankrupt or into liquidation by then !!

Thanks for your message.

The point is not looking for their assests after the court statement, the point is getting their properties seized once you have sent to the court your lawsuit, I mean, trying to get their properties arrested along with the claim. That is something that can be made in a civil claim and can be asked to the court in a criminal one.

In this way, you can guarantee that these properties are linked to your claim and depends on the statement you get in it. That is the normal way, arresting properties before the sentence and not after the sentence.

that sounds a very good idea for the people that have not yet been to court

if i was in that situation i think i would be doing this as a group action if this would be possible

because i think it would be a lot cheaper that way

we have all wasted enough money allready and scared to lose any more
