Hello to all

Having just come accross this site, I have more info from last few hours than the last 4 years from palmera. Now knowing that Grupo Urbasa are putting together an audit. Would any body have good contact details of who to contact and what documentation they require. Also does anybody have a contact for Palmera Properties, as they seem to have vanished from the Alicantie office and taken my N.I.E number with them.

welcome to the mad house, we have just got our NIE numbers back today it has taken nearly a year of constant phone calls and they had the front to say that they were safe in there hands but we replyed that we dont trust them at all, then they sent them to us reg post.

We also have our NIE numbers back from Palmera you need to go via their Belamendna office, just a word of warning for those like us who assumed they had them already the ones they initially sent us were only copies and worthless in Spain you need the originals. Also we have which is MUCH more important is our Power of attorney back which we gave Palmera to complete on our behalf. By the way they still say they will complete the transaction on our behalf if you wish but as it’s out of contract you can use another solicitor for such as we have now done.

As anybody contacted ionah yet to see how they are going on with this audit   

   How long is this suppose to take  another 4 years  ?      -    I wonder what the next excuse is going to be
