I think that the fact that Condado ll land is 'ready to go' is a big plus.  Our land is available without any land deal negotiations and has many of the necessary services available already. I imagine there may be a problem about how much the Bank consortium want for the land afterall they exchanged it for PW's debt. Being that its a buyers market this could be a sticking point but I'd hope the Banks would be sensible as this is their best chance to offload a huge parcel of land and to be part of the ongoing 'profit' they expect the leisure park to bring in. However, wheeling and dealing doesnt always equal sense. I know little about Fuente Alamo except its clearly in an approriate position but whether it can offer the same as CdAll who knows? I'm hoping it isnt going to be a matter of 'not what you know but who you know' sealing the deal.

I noted that someone on the other forum commented in rather derogatory terms that we on this forum basically talk rubbish as the Paramount threads vere about between wanting the leisure park and not wanting it. I'd rather thought that ebb and flow was exactly what a discussion thread was all about and the various snippets of information give food for thought!.

I'm still not 100% convinced though it will happen. I'll believe it when constuction actually starts.

Until construction has started I will not believe it either. However if it is anounced that is to be on CDA 2 then I would expect the resort to sell out quickly which would benefit us anyway.

Surely the banks do not want to just hold onto this land as it's not earning them a penny. I would expect them to offer any potential buyer a very good deal.
