Golf Club House!

Hi, does anyone know who owns the red builing on the outer ring rd (the one polaris used as a sales office)? Or what was its eventual planned use. It's a lovely building and a shame its sitting empty. I know its a bit out the way but why was it never concidered as a temp club house ? its only a few minutes drive on a buggy.

 IRM own the old sales office, and we have mentioned this to Olagolf, we also suggested the old sports bar could be opened up as a temp clubhouse.  I know it's not perfect, but it's there and could be up and running in a week or so.  As yet no reply.

There are rumours going around re the location of the clubhouse, but nothing confirmed, we will just have to wait as see.

Club House is now about as certain as Paramount ever building in Spain. (yes I know Paramount weren't building etc etc but you know what I mean) I don't care anymore...................

I am taking bets on which will happen first:

- Paramount Park Opens In Murcia

- Condado gets a club House

- DFS sale finishes

The smart money is on the third one!

Excuse my optimism, but but didn't a company recently take soil samples on the site(?) of the proposed club house?

Must mean something.  I'd make it an each way bet!!!

I didn't think from the photo's the soil samples had anything to do with the Club House. They were taken all over the estate. (note not a resort........yet)

 I asked the director of Olagolf re the soil samples and he said, no it's not the club house.  But then I'm told that IRM have said it is?

So, welcome to Spain, guess we will only know for sure if/when they start building something.

Perhaps we can combine options 2 and 3

Lets buy a load of cheap sofas in the DFS sale and plonk them on the bit of waste land overlooking the 18th hole
