free basic furniture pack from polaris

i bought my property in 2005 and was told we get a basic furniture pack can anyone tell me if this is true.thanks

We completed February 2008 and we certainly never received a pack from Polaris.  We purchased through a company called NewHorizons Property and the agent was a Gary Lewis.  To clinch the deal he offered free air conditioning and even put this into writing.  When we came to completion they would not honor the agreement.  They refused to respond to solicitor's letters, and they even ignored the European Trading Standards organisation.  It is possible that whever you brought your apartment through has been running a similar scam.

i cant remember it might have been the agent that promised us it was that long ago but we did get told it was a basic pack and we could upgrade it for a small cost i have asked polaris so i will wait and see what they say.thanks
