Sorry, we are all still confused. As far as I know there are only 3 fases of Lunamar III. Then there is a new development opposite LM III by the same builder but those are not being labelled as Lunamar. Also the dates don't really stack up, the paperwork we got stipulates January 2008 as completion date, and nothing I have seen would indicate that they are likely to be 4 months ahead of schedule... Be interesting to see your pictures...

Well all of us on this particular forum are buyers of Fase III, but we're very happy to involve you in any generic LM issues or info regarding the area....
The post earlier in the week was a specific issue that we had with LM III.....

So here we are..another wet Bank Holiday.
My friends, I suggest that we all console ourselves with the thought that this time next year, all things being equal we can all buzz off to our apartments in Spain for the long weekend and get some SUN.....

Just got back today from Alicante. Made a quick visit on Tuesday. Lovely area and nice feeling in street now that people have moved in to first phase. There is a Lunamar 5 it is on the other side of the road from the sales office. The first picture I uploaded is Phase 5.
Can't wait for next year. Roll on January.

Fase 5 looks to be nearer completion than fase 3 which doesn't make sense to me at all. Especially since F3 is due in January and F5 is due in March.
Did you get any explanation for this?

Hello,
We just got back from Daya Nueva and have purchased on phase 5 of Luna Mar, we have some photos, we viewed in the morning and when we went back they had put in patio doors seems to be moving on very fast, pool structure is in.
We are new to forum and would like to view photos and upload some but cannot find how to do it.

have looked at pics of fase 5 seems unreal the pace that they are building this particular fase especially as fase 3 should be ready earlier than fase 5.We will be going back in September so will take more pics and post them on noticeboard.

Just got back from 2 weeks in that area. Looks to be coming on well. All brick work seems to be in as you can see the kitchen arch in the second photo. All electrics in as well.

Sorry only seen you message now, will post the photos tomorrow. Not much to report, builders still working away, seem to be putting in baths and toliets when we were down there. The phase (think it is phase five) across from the sales office seems to be further along than Phase III, strange as phase III is due for completion first.

Hi..a couple of new photos posted. sorry about the duplication, I got error messages when posting so I thought nothing had loaded and posted again...
And before anyone asks, I am posting this on the Fase III thread so these are definitely Fase III photos :-)
Things are looking to be on track and Pilar is talking about an end of January completion.
However, some bad news is that there have already been a couple of break-ins in apartments in Fase II.......we gotta be really careful, people ! When fase IlI is up and running we gotta make sure that we all watch out for each other -we WON'T let these scumbags spoil our dream!
I found a great place for Furniture, it's called "The Furniture Zone" and it's on the Fajovi roundabout on the way into Daya Nueva. They are a warehouse so their prices are very competetive and THEY DELIVER MOST ITEMS THE NEXT DAY! see www.furniture-zone.es
I also spoke (in my best Spanish) to the people in the lighting shop on that roundabout, the also deliver (and install) the next day. They have got some fantastic lights in there too...

Hi everyone we have bought fase 5 and we are going over on wednesday 12th sept. Eventhough we are fase 5 I will take pics ofother fases and post when we get back.Shame abot low lifes breaking in to properties. When ours is finished next march we intend to move permanently to spain so we will make sure properties are watched.If anyone wants me to take pics of owt else in area get back to me before wednesday and I will do my best.We are staying for 10 days
