She advised that the Fin De Obra is now available, but as a final step it has to be signed by the builder, architect etc in the presence of a Notary. This has been scheduled for next week. It then takes about a week to be registered at the Land Registy. I am chatting to my solicitor to see if we can set a completion date in anticipation of the final registration...don't want to wait another week if we don't have to 0 Like Spam post or Abuse? Does anyone know what was decided, if anything? What was the information on the Horizontal property Law and was formation of the community completed? Was a President, vice-president & Secretary-administrator of the Community appointed? Was a budget approved for the community? If anyone knows, please advise.
