Paramount

Hi All

In work at present so have to be quick.  One of my patients has just come in knows me and hubby have a property on Condado.  He has one on La Manga.  He very excitedly informed me did you know Paramount are coming and it is going to be somewhere near the new Corvera airport.  He said his lettings agent was very cynical but has now come into the light and is very excited about it.

Apparently property prices are now starting to increase.  I don't know if this is true (about the property prices) but am printing this to hopefully cheer some of us up.

About two weeks ago It seems the land deal was agreed for land (Sierra Alhama Golf resort that didnt get built) about 5 minutes away from Condado though they are still getting the investment for the actual project and that has to be signed and sealed by 2nd Dec or they have to look at the deal again. A couple of weeks ago ABC tv announced that the building would begin within the year- however the media has said alot in the past so what the truth in that statement really is I dont think anyone knows.

So, on the face of it, it does seem that this could be come a reality albeit a slightly smaller reality that the original 6m sq mtre park that was first being promoted. Now they seem to be looking at 1.7m sq mtres with more land availabe for further development.
