I have just requested BASIC PLAN. Before you do this make sure you have NIE and eletric bill at hand.
I also tick the box for E-Billing which will be handy.

Begining of last month there was talk on this forum regarding changing your electricity rate from Green to Basic rate.
Well I received an email from Iberdrola today saying my electricity bill is available to view online.! Unfortunately, I have lost my user details and passwords for the moment Grrr. 
So I still don't know as yet if they have changed my rate to basic yet.
If anyone has been sucessfull in changing this on-line yet, can they let me know.
