Hi there
We havnt had any news on this block at all yet. I have a feeling tho like everyone in phase one we will also be delayed. What are your plans.. holiday or permanent living?
If I hear anything at all from my solicitor i will let you know

Hi Guys our plans at the moment are to use for the appartment for holidays, hopefully quite often, all depends on the neibhours, as we have 4 kids, whom 3 are under 18 months. (1 set of twin boys and a three week old baby girl) May be a little to much for some ha ha. i would be greatful to hear any news.

just been told by parador that our property is ready so we are a step nearer. but not to book flights yet as paperwork not ready will let u know when we are in and furnished, hope the kids are all ok and of course the little tommys speak to u soon

Just had a progress report through for block 7. The structure has now been completed (19 April) on this block. Will post photo of block 7

hi all,
thanks for the photo of block 7, its seems more real now,, cant wait for it to be finished or start actually doing things, hi rosita and bob, all is well with us, new addition is a little pet, she is so good, as for the other pair still as mad as ever, i think the terrible twos have come early!!!
will really be needing your advice when it comes to furniture etc. how are you finding it are you happy with everything

As this block is due to be finished soon we went to have a look at out bungalow. All looks good, very pleased with everything. The whole of block 7 looks good and the view is quite nice also, alot of the farmers tents have been taken down so you look across the fields now................ the only thing was we hadnt asked permission so didnt have our hard hats and got marched of site like naughty little children!!

Hi Al and Finn,
We have just seen forum today and this is our first mail.We have purchased penthouse no 21 block 7 so it appears we will be neighbours.We are due to close sale early early nexr month and would appreciate any advise from other residents,for example any problems and do you think its neccessary to complete a inspection and do a snag list before closing,We have 2 children Daniel and Jodie and are dissappointed that planned facilities will not be in place for some considerable time i.e swimming pool,bar rest,shopping complex,football pitch etc.

Look forward to meeting future neighbours not yet here. The site is looking fantastic, i think Taray have done an excellent job so far. When we bought our place we were specific in asking for a place where we can watch the sun set which is exactly what we got so very happy with that!!!
Ive been working hard with the decorating, inparticular the kids rooms, so much painting that ive given myself tendinitous (swim coach not happy with me.. at all). Its all worth it and we have a room fit for a princess (couldnt be more pink if we tried) and a fab typical boys room. However I never want to see another paintbrush again!!!! Jaime was conveniently working all week..... however the whip is now out and ive got him cracking on with the lights etc.... i would be a fab superviser!
We have started building work by converting the utility into another bedroom and also a conservatory over the balcony with big sliding windows (glass curtain effect) which open right up. I cannot tell you how much bigger it makes the place feel as all the dining area is now in the conservatory leaving the lounge as just a lounge. We are the over the moon. If anyone else is wanting another bedroom or to cover the balcony i will be happy to advise on planning permission WHICH IS ESSENTIAL from the council and the company in which we are using to do the work, who have so far done a fantastic job!!!
I would like to say a huge thank you to Taray they have been great and very supportive inparticular Helda who i think is brilliant, he has been a real help and a star.......... thank you!!!!!

p.s (seperate topic) Thankyou for a fab bbq Shiela and Alan, im still full up and the kids have finally calmed down, it was a great night!!
