We bought our second apartment on Condado de Alhama via Murcia Golf Properties and they were efficent and friendly.

 We were one of the first to buy from the banks which resulted in a protracted purchase as CAM bank had not got their procedures sorted out at that time, but MGP kept us informed and kept the pressure on CAM.

Now is the time to buy, the banks and agents are doing some really good deals at the moment,  I've just bought another one from Banco Popular ( www.condadodealhamaservices.com are their agents ) and I'm really happy with the price I got
