Contacting Urbaser

Hi,

Over the past two days I have been trying to contact someone who speaks English at Urbaser, but each time I phone ( have phoned both these numbers 0034968630911 and 0034911218000) it appears no one is available to assist me.

Now my Spanish is poor but good enough to ask for someone who speaks English and indeed with the former phone number, to ask for Alfonso as suggested on Ptans' site but so far the replies has always been in the negative.

The problem is that despite several emails to Urbaser over a long period of time, only one unsatisfactory reply was ever received and then complete silence. Is this par for the course?

I intend coming over at the end of April and would obviously like to get my 'water problem' resolved before then but the way things are looking may have to rely soley on the Guinness

In faint hope of this being helpful aren't Urbaser on Condado this week with ML checking water meters and supply to individual apartments- would contacting ML and asking them to get you a contact number from Urbaser, for someone who can help you?

On the email ML sent out to advise of these checks they asked anyone who wasn't yet payinga water bill to contact them as they could help sort that out so possibly they could help you too.

I had problems with Urbaser in december, but sorted them out by e-mailing Alfonso [ agarridom@urbaser.com ] he answers in english but perhaps the spoken word is a problem? good luck
