Really sorry about bringing this up again, but we have not done anything about our Water Connection, as we didn't know about it. How do you go about getting the Water connected up, we were on Builders Supply?? Any advice appreciated, as don't want to arrive and have no water supply. Is it done automatically to all apartments?

It should have been done automatically, You should have signed the forms for Polaris to get it sorted for you. If you are connected you would have had a debit taken from your bank account around last October for €200 from Urbaser for your connection fee. If not you should contact Urbaser to see what went wrong, Some people had problems because Polaris gave the wrong account details.

One of our friends is coming out shortly and I checked their water supply. They did not have a meter despite giving bank details to PW.
When she emailed them they asked for 250e. Nobody knows why. Maybe connected, disconnected, connected again?

I was worried about same thing so I e-mailed Milennium Levante - to ask if our water was on. They immediately replied to advise that it was not as Polaris had our old bank details therefore unable to collect payment, so they kindly arranged to sort the connection out for me (an admin fee of 30euros was charged by them). I have since received an e-mail from M-L confirming all in order and payments should be taken from our correct bank shortly.
