To All owners on Naranjos Jardin 8

I am interested in being your representative for our garden and have declare myself a nominee in the 2011 elections at the forthcoming AGM which I will be attending. In an attempt to contact as many owners as possible I am putting this on EOS, if you know any other owners on our garden please will you forward this information to them.

If you are not able to attend yourself, then I would be happy to cast your vote on this or any other issue if you would like to provide me with your Proxy Vote (See Bottom of this message).

My reasons for standing are that I am not aware that the interests of our garden are being represented in an effective way and our views on garden and resort wide issues are not being communicated.

If elected I would do my best to represent your interest and communicate with all, on my activities as your representative and disseminate relevant information regarding your garden and the resort.

I am NOT a permanent resident at Condado, however I do not think our garden is being properly represented and I am offering my best efforts for you. I also do not speak Spanish which as far as I am aware meeting are held with the assistance of a translator and I am hoping assistance may be available in assisting me post feedback in both Spanish & English.

I am now retired from the Fire Service in the UK were I worked for them as an operational Fire Officer for most of that time. In the latter years of my career I worked in both a training and community safety rolls.

I am 55 years old and married with two children who are both grown up; my wife is also recently retired.

In the past I have worked on a voluntary basis for a number of organisations in the areas of disability, elderly and youth work. In the recent past I was the treasurer for a registered national youth charity connected to the Fire Service and was also one of its Trustees.

I am a determined person and like to get the job in hand done, I believe this could be of benefit to our garden owners.

Without having first hand knowledge, it would be wrong of me to criticise publicly any existing issues relevant to our resort or garden, however that is my main criticism in that we on our garden do not receive any feedback as to the working of our representatives. I know this can be done as some other garden presidents communicate very effectively with their garden owners.

I do not wish us to have another year of not being informed of what our Presidents are doing and voting on without us being informed or updated as appropriate.

Dear all Owners on garden 8

It is now just a week until the AGM with some important votes to be taken as outlined in the Call to Meeting sent out by the our Management Company (ML)

As I have previously informed you I intend to stand as President of our garden and would appreciated your support.

As stated in the post 2011 Presidents

Do you believe your current president is doing a good job? Do you know who they are? Have they kept you informed? If you do not believe they have, then you should replace them, why let them continue if you, the owners, are not satisfied? 

Also do you know that our Management Company (ML) have asked for votes for existing presidents, which is detrimental to anyone wishing to stand as new candidates as they do not have access to the mailing list of owners putting them at a distinct disadvantage to existing presidents irrelevant of how good they are.

If you are not attending the AGM and haven’t already given your Proxy Vote to someone, please can I ask if you would give this vote for me to use on your behalf.

I hope you get enough votes to become president, I live in another garden, but I think that your involvement is impressive.

Think about all the gardens had this commitment, then we can really accomplish something good.
Luckily my apartment is located in a garden with great commitment (garden 4)

I am a new owner of an apartment, but is impressed with how very many care about the Condado de Alhama, I feel I have done the right thing to buy here.
