When out last month i went for another drive along the proposed outer ring road continuation bit, the road/dust track had been tidied up since last year, and went out a lot further all the way to the weird white building/big portakabin thing (where they conduct the animal research experiments on stray cats and dogs and aliens).
All the service holes are in place for utilities for about 5km, and they had clearly done more work on the land since last year - one of the things i've always said about CdA is that any future developer will be getting for a steal a lot of completed infrastructure just ready for commissioning and putting more buildings up - after all a huge amount of the cost in new build on a 'plain' site goes under the ground ...............
