Can anyone tell me where I can find a copy of the policy for building insurance which is included in our community fees please?
We currently insure with Intersure for both buildings and contents, but if the buildings cover through the community is in place and of a reasonable level then I can change this, no point in paying twice.
I have looked on the ML website and cannot find an mention of the insurance, or more importantly, a copy of the policy.
