 HI ALL IVE MY CONDADO APARTMENT MORTGAGED WITH BANKINTER , IT WAS ON INTREST ONLY FOR 2 YEARS , BUT NOW ITS INTREST INCLUDED ,IS IT EASY TO SWITCH MORTGAGE LENDERS ? AS I WOULD LIKE IT TO BE FIXED ON INTREST ONLY FOR ANOTHER 2 YEARS OR SO , CHEERS  MEJAZI10

Hi I tried to extend the interest only option via my current lender but got nowhere, I would be interested to know if anyone has swopped lenders how easy is was and what cost was involved.  I'm with bancaja.
