Visiting Condado in Aug for a family holiday - help required

I'm coming over to Condado with the family in August and am really looking forward to it. I was wondering if you could help me with regard to a couple of things.

Internet access - Is it available in all the apartments ? Or is it better to get a PAYG sim to connect with a smartphone

Golf Club Hire - I'd like to try the course but won't be bringing my clubs. Does the golf shop hire clubs?
