I need some help

Hi to everyone on Sierra Golf - either residents, non residents or those still waiting for their homes.

I need help, I am trying to find anyone who has been given a Bank Guarantee at any time since the site opened way back  I believe in 2003. I would love to hear from anyone who can help either through the forum or by private PM.

Good luck to all those of you who have settled on Sierra Golf and are working hard to make it such a happy and lively development.

Hi everyone, as no one has replied to my question, can I take it that no one on Sierra Golf has ever had a Bank Guarantee from their developer or builder?  Can you let me know if you havn't had a Bank Guarantee, that also would be very helpful>

Hi Rosemary, as far as I am aware we didn't have a bank guarantee, but I didn't ever ask, so I don't really know - sorry.  BBVA mortgaged the development for Masa and some have mortgages with them, maybe BBVA will know.  Good luck.
