Phase 5 any word?

Does anyone know what is happening on Phase 5, if anything?

I heard that Phase 5 has been scrapped.

I can understand scrapping this phase at the moment given the economy.

How about turning this waste land into a golfers Pitch & Putt and including a shop, cafe & bar (maybe with entertainment on site).  This would be a lot handier for people on Phase4b & Phase3 to access.

I suggested a tennis centre to Roda a long while ago.  It seems successful at La Manga Resort and thought it could work at Roda.  I never got a reply. 

Even if they leveled it off and turned it into a green area it would look a lot better than it is.It really doesn't give a great impression to visitors.They are using it as a dumping ground for shrub and tree cuttings.I think this is very unfair on the beautiful villas right next to it.The fence too opposite 4b could really do with being replaced by something neater or taken down as the green netting is torn and looks very untidy.Also the fence around the building site although neat would look much better and much less like a building site if covered with something like the brown wicker fencing they've used in other places although I know it might disintegrate quicker.It seems a shame that they have done such a nice job on the phase 4 apartments but have left the approach to them looking so unattractive compared to the rest of the resort which looks great.

Although the other ideas are great they would take time(for planning and building) and a lot of money.It may also not be what phase 4 owners want.I'm sure some bought there so as to be away from the hustle and bustle while others may be delighted to have more facilities nearby.

I freqeuntly drive between our 2 apartments - one on Phase 2 and the other on 3B and also think the fencing looks awful. But there had to be something I understand because of the danger as there some holes that were already dug for car parks.

Please email the president of the Entidad regarding the use of the waste ground for tipping as this was all supposed to have been cleared away some time ago.

 

The foundations are dug out so of course it is necessary to have this fenced off.This wasn't the fence I was suggesting should be taken down although I would like to see the existing fence covered by something more attractive .There are two or three fence panels opposite the site as you turn down into the villas with torn netting on what I believe is phase 5 land that I think should be taken down or tidied up.Thanks for the suggestion about the dumped material.
