I spoke with Ecosense in March this year and they said this new sensor - the Eco 3000 - would be available later in the year.
Funnily enough I also conbtacted him yesterday and got this reply
Unfortunately due to the complexities of developing a universal solution to hard wired A/C controllers progress has been slow. However we are confidant that a solution is possible and we hope to launch the new Eco 3000 in the spring.
