Leaky Toilet

Can anyone tell me what type and model of toilet we have in the apartments. I think they are made by Duravit but mine is leaking because the diaphram washer is faulty and I need to know which one to buy. The effect is that the water does not completley shut off when the tank is full and you then get an annoying trickle constantly. This is more annoying that costly at the moment.

Any advice on the model and a supplier in Spain if known, however, I will try and get one in the UK before I come out in October.

I have fixed a lot of these , on most it just needs the filter in the diaphram washed out and replaced ( it will have small bits of grit in it and this will cause the problem ).
