tax office in murcia

I've got to go to the tax office in murcia.  i have the address - Calle Gran Via Escultor Salzillo, 21 but we haven't been before and on google map it looks a very long road.  Has anyone been before and can give us information on where exactly it is.  We're planning on going to Nuevo Condiminum then braving the tram.

Any advice would be great - oh and do they speak english .........

If this is the same place you get the stickers for your annual non residents tax form then it is quite far into the town centre.  We took the train to Murcia and then started to walk but ended up taking a taxi.  Not sure about how well anyone speaks English as we just took the forms and pointed to the part where the stickers go and the guy ran them off.
