Paramount Invest

I have just recieved an email from the above named company 

It states that there are propertys to sell  from 79,000.Euros on Condado wiyth the Paramount  build starting in February 2012

The way the add is written it appears that the money is already there. As far as Simply networking & similar sites are saying there is a need find investors as there is 11000.000 euros  needed for the build to start

How do these companies get away with it.

I have sent them a ***** email. I doubt that I will get a reply though

I received an email from you and I have certainly never given you my email adress, via your website or by any other means.  In fact I had never heard of you until i received the email.  Are you part of another company ( Condado Services ) that I might of given my details to.?

Like Ptan I had not heard of your company & was concerned as to how you had my email address. I do not apologise lightly but having reread your email I have to confess that having read your email in a rush I had misjudged its contents

Having now re read it I realise that my impression of the contents was wrong .So may I say a very big sorry 

 Hiya  Phil, Great to meet up with you & your wife & Cath & Kev again. What great weather we had. I must admit that  we are very envious of you all living the life in a great part of Spain. Ham  has started to  count down the next three & a half years on a weekly basis hoping that it will make the time pass faster. We too hopefully will join you  all as full time residents of Condado.

I would just like to throw in my threepenneth, I had dealings with Andy over the new year period this year regarding our apartment and I would reiterate that he is totally honest and trustworthy, in my humble opinion.
