milleniun didn't confirm deal of internet package

my husband was on the phone with mileniun this morning and asked when the installations for tv-internet will start and will the money taken with this comunial charges.

Lady on the phone told him they didn't got the deal as they didn't got 500 properties together.

so i'm wondering whats the story????

Did wonder at the wording of the reply I got yesterday from A2Z when enquiring about being able to use a modem bought from PW

have also got a long communication for A2Z today but as is in Spanish needs time to translate..

No doubt all will become clear in time.

they just didnt get enough people interested in the deal they needed 500 and i was told it was a great deal just need to look at some other way to get the internet

just read on another they have got enough people so now we are waitng to hear from the office good news

If you look on the Condado website we did get the 500 I have had a email today from A2Z, but I cannot translate it at the moment but they have got all my details from what I can read, so it seems like they are setting up a contract

I know that this may seem to be a stupid question to ask at this time but having recieved an email from ML today asking for bank details, it occured to me that I didnt or could not remember what the charge is. Reluctant to send details until I know how much I am commiting my self to. I`m sure someone out there will enlighten me

Also, I think I remember reading that @ least one person had applied twice using their own & their partners name in order to increase the numer of interested people. I cant imagine that they need tw, unless they have more than one propertyt so what happens when the 500 do not respond because some are really a duplicate. Will the idea fall flat on its face as a result on a lower number of people sending their details?

The price advertised was at 28.50€ for the period of 6 months, but I was under the impression that this would have been taken with the mileniun payment.

Can anybody confirm this?

Also, has anybody heard from A2Z, as I have sent  them 2 emails and not received a response yet, hopefully this is not a common issue when we need to speak to them for future communication issues or requests.

Have heard from A2Z with a date.

We have had communication from A2Z today asking if we want to buy a modem from them.  Does anyone know if a UK modem / wireless modem will work or are they not compatible?

Like a previous poster I was under the assumption that these charges were taken out with community fees.  But then I got a request for NIE number and bank account to pay A2Z

I was hoping that this wasn't the case having already had issues with Polaris before over accounts and transfers.

Will be interested in the pricing of the modems.  I understood from previous comments that UK modems would not necessarily work although a wireless modem may be able to be connected to the A2Z modem.

It would be nice if somebody could confirm if the charges are being taken by Mileniun or A2Z, I thought it was with the com fee.

 The fees are ? will in future be taken with the Community Fee. But they have to be kept separate, as it is technically not part of the Community fee and can not be used for anything else. (So Separate funds) 

If you dont want to pass your details over the e-mal then pfhone them and check which account they have etc, 

A2Z and Mileniun are dealing with all requests if you have asked for it be Patient it will be dealt with, nothing happens over night and their Prime Function is the Community not just Internet to those who pay a bit extra.

I believe Funds will start to be deducted fronm 1st Nov for Internet and connections will be made asap A2Z are contacting all concerned.
