Help required for reading Iberdrola bill on line

Hi & help !

I have gone onto the Iberdrola web site and been able to access my account but the only thing I cannot find is the actual meter readings. I take them each time I return home to make sure I'm charged the correct amount.

Can anyone tell me where to look to get the meter readings ?

once you are signed in click on facturas on the list on the left hand side

then on lista facturas click on the top invoice on the  fecha factura list

This will bring up the last invoice in PDF form within the site and if you scroll down the meter readings are on the last page

(I can do this but it isnt easy to talk someone yhrough it)

Hi, How do you get an account to check your bill online?

OK,

I have just been on Iberdrola.es,

click on english on top right of the page,

then customers,

then e billing (you cant miss it),

then registering,

then complete the information required, then user registration then you should get a password and user id and then you indicate you want e billing From what i remember the hardestthing is remembering your user name and password.

 Yes re the passwrod its a pain in  the arse and  i went back to paper billing!
