Can anyone please advise how much we should expect to pay per year re spanish tax. My wife and I bought an apartment for our own use - we have not rented this out and we are resident in the uk

Spanish 'wealth tax' around £120 for you both and for the local Alhama Council tax about the same. Total £250 ish for the year. JF
