Great 20 Grand! I am calling my solicitors now, before Polaris run out of money! Will come in handy for Christmas!
If we all get 20 grand each, maybe we could all contribute a grand to the "Clubhouse Fund" and keep the rest!
On second thoughts, I am buying a speed boat with my money! YEAH!

On a serious note though, I realise most of the posters on this forum are more than happy with their apartments, however there must be others who feel disapointed with the facilities.
Anyone wanna get togther and start a law suit, I always though we wouldnt have a chance, but this court ruling must have set a president?

The thing is, this court case if I remember correctly was bought by people who never got their properties built, and so were suing Polaris for breach of contract, so it doesn't affect those of us who already have our properties.
Also, no-one could anticipate that things would go so drastically wrong. We actually bought in 2008 because we had waited and waited for prices to go down and it just wasn't happening and so we decided to bite the bullet and go for it. In hindsight, not the best decision we've ever made, but at least we have our property and some facilities, whereas in some cases people don't even have proper roads etc letalone a bar and supermarket.
We really enjoy coming to Condado, there are some smashing people around, and we can't wait to come back again next year and visit the Condado Club as well as re-visit the places we have found.

The article isn't very clear- but I think many of us are caught in the 'off plan' rule- in that whatever the plans portray are merely a design of how the resort resort could finally appear.
This is why many people prefer 'key ready' properties or even to wait until a resort is well into the build before committing themselves, despite possible increased prices (pre-2009!).
