In order to do it easy so everybody understands it, La Reserva de Marbella II phase has been built without an urbanistic plan legally approved for the area where the construction has been finally built, therefore, all the building licenses will be reviewed by the Town Hall and the first license occupation will not be granted. In fact, the Comisón Gestora has denied this license to several blocks already.
The construction has not been legally built and therefore the construction is illegal or alegal, as you may prefer. The only chance to legalise it will be with the new plan, in case it is decided that this is the case and the constructions will be legalised. If you have already bought there , you will have to wait until the new plan is approved in order to have a property which can be sold.
