Hi
Just on fleeting visit and shocked at the condition of course. It looks like its not being watered so called in Pro shop to be assured its the type of grass and it will soon be green.
As a long term visitor I have never seen the course like this so would welcome comments

We were there last week.
I agree with the look of the course, but this is acceptable for Bermuda grass this time of year, the green of the new grass is already beginning to poke through. Thought the course was playing well, greens a bit bobbly where they'd been spiked, but they will recover.
New trees being planted.
It will be green in a month or so.
Regards.

It looked like this at the same time of year and I too was worried. But it soon sorts itself out as the new growth of grass begins to pop through

Bermuda grass is actively used in other courses for design purpuse as Bermuda grass is normally brown during winter. The contrast between the brown bermuda and green normal grass looks pretty cool if planted with intention. The Accenture match play in Arizona was one course where they use this 'trick'. Perfectly green fairways but the edge on the bunkers is bermuda and all brown in contrast to both the green grass and the bunkers. But soon the Bermuda grass will also turn green.

I was there on Thursday. The new growth is beginning to come through and course is starting to green up.
There are onviously still browner areas but they'll catch up soon.
