Phase 3 community fee

does anyone know who i need to contact concerning my community fee because iy has not came out of my bank for the last 2 months?

Do you mean phase 3A (60 Apartments), Phase 3B (90 Apartments) or Phase 3 Villas?

I have been told that your community changed banks around 2 months ago, and that you shold have received an email with new details to set up a direct debit. Suggest you contact your president.
