Over 50's Gentle Exercise Class
If you are over 50 and looking for a gentle exercise class to keep active and fit then this circuit class is for you. This 1 hour circuit consists of gentle aerobics, chair aerobics, resistance band work, balance, flexibility and stretching. The class is suitable for all levels of fitness, so you can work at your own pace. Come and join me Wednesday 14th March - 9.45 am €5 per person for the hour long session.
