Well we made it onto the SARC report about our success against our bank BBVA using law 57/68.
It has been stated we are "unique" which we and Maria believe is incorrect, If your purchase contract has the bank details of where the money is to be paid then you are as unique as us.
Our purchase contract had the bank name, address & account number.
Not everyone will have these details but those that do have a good chance of success.
Obviously there is no guarantee of success, we had no guarantee when we started out but unless you try you will never find out.
We have also had an update report from San Jose, again with them trying to put people off, it seems to us that they are concerned that if too many try this action against the banks, they will have no one left to buy their houses, IF they ever mange to build any. I notice they are really pushing their houses on El Pinet, which must mean they have no plans to build at Jumilla anytime soon.
