I sent them an E mail back, consisting of a very few lines so as not to confuse them or put pressure on (ha ha).
I asked simply, if the new offer was similar to the one I signed up to, witha golf course on the site. I asked if there would be a new contract issued, and I asked if there was going to be a bank guarantee issued with the new contract in accordance with the law.
I also asked why I didnt receive a bank guarantee with my first contract.
I stated that I wanted the answer to the questions concerning the change of property, so my legall representative can look at it.
I havnt received a response, or even an acknowledgement. The reason for that is that they are not at all concerned about customers, just concerned about taking their money. They do not care if their customers get a property or not.
Has anyone wondered why, when you look at the SARC reports, they are always talking about jam tomorrow, and how the new deadline is the one that matters.
I'm afraid I was right 3 years ago, the builder should have gone bust and we should have been in wih the creditors, while they had some money. We will not receive a penny and we will not receive a property if we leave it up to the builders.
The argument by Tony Malpass that the only way to get our property or our houses is to trust the builders and let them recapitalise, has proved to be a false dawn and a foolish path to follow.
