Feel free to come and join us for FREE Power Walk this Thursday 19th April . Meet outside the supermarket at Al Kazar at 09.45. All levels welcome - walk lasts for approx 45 mins.

NB There will NOT be a power walk the following week 26th April, however, walking will re-commence 3rd May and will be every week.

Thanks for the power walk this morning feel much better for doing it. Make up for the alcohol drunk and cakes eaten whilst been out here. Will definitely come to your class again and do the power walk Ian. I wish you'll the success and hope others support you too. Mandy
