News from Terreros
Just back! The Islas restaurant is under major refurbishment with some walls removed and a white first coat going on. It's going to take a few coats to get rid of the dark green. The large restaurant two up from the Escala looks like it's getting a refurb inside. Everywhere else is open. There seems to be more people around this year than last. Weather was fabulous. Just got the last day of the strong winds but a windless 25+ for the rest of our stay. Looks like another buyer for the house a few doors up from us and the first 3 phases are looking greener. No frost damage at Terreros unlike further inland. The sunday market down at the beach is getting bigger with the neighbouring shops opening. Katterina at the Garden Centre is as busy as ever. Check out the huge honeysuckles (Madres silvas) for 7 euros. La Venta had some sort of exhibition on and the place was buzzing. Luz Azul has had a sun canopy put up and is looking smart as always.
Looking forward to getting back out there in September!
