property embargos

Has anyone received notification from El Registrador Mazarron - Yesterday we received a recorded delivery letter from Spain that I am still trying to decipher, the gist of the letter I think is advising us that they have passed on to the courts the information that we have a vested interest in property owned by Huma as we have an embargo placed to cover owed monies,  I presume this is all to do with the bankrupcy? Any ideas anyone.

This is the first I have heard about HUMA going bust. Does anyone have any information on this.

If they have I am not surprised but damn annoyed.

Huma have not gone bankrupt as of last week. There is a current court case ongoing with certain people associated with Almanzora Country Club. There was an article about it in the Costa Almeria news.

Do you not think that maybe them going bankrupt will at least give a glimmer of hope to some if they have any assets left,   someone else is now in charge of owed money.   We sure as hell were not going to get any money out of Huma willingly.

we have an embargo on a huma house at mazzeron country club, that davies lawers won on our behalf,  as our 35.000 deposit at  ACC was never refunded,  sounds good it have won the embargo ( at a cost of over 3000e)  but it is not.........we have now waited over a year to have the property valued ( the valuers are very busy????),  when it is valued the court will then tell huma pay the deposit back or the MCC bungalo goed to auction..........huma will stall again, the courts will be a slow as ever,  davies will ask for more money to take huma back to court...........and then i am back at the begining...........carrot (my deposit) donkey(me)...........so please dont be fooled by lawers that embargos are they best way forward to get your deposits back........its another lie !!!!
