Spanish Will - any suggestions for a good local solicitor please?

Happy Bank holiday Fellow Condadoians and other viewers

I know this is a subject always on the back of our minds that we don't always want to address but I think that this is the time that I need to sort out a Spanish will, so I would really appreciate some advice please.

Has any one had a Spanish will drawn up locally to Condado by a competent solicitor that spoke English, as my Spanish is getting better but I do not want anything as important as this to be lost in translation.

We also have the additional complication of both having step - children but no children to each other so not sure how they fit into the inheritance and tax laws, has any one else experienced this complication when setting up a Spanish will.

HI BEE WE GOT OUR WILL DONE  DOWN AT CAMPASOL WE CALLED INTO MAPFRE JUST ASK FOR KATHY HORGAN ? WE DID IT ALL IN THE WEEK WE WERE OVER  ONLY COST €100 FOR THE BOTH OF US THEY TAKE YOU TO TOTANA WITH THERE  SOLICITOR HOPE THIS HELPS MALC

Thanks for the advice. I've met Kathy as she posted an article regarding a whale watching trip that she had been on, unfortunately our trip was called off due to the bad weather but we called into her office to say thank you for all her help and will reorganise the trip later. She was so friendly and helpful and did all the phone calls and running around for nothing.

I am so thankful for your reply and the PM's that I have also received as well as the help that Kathy Horgan gave us regarding the whale watching trip. Every time we visit we meet more and more genuine people in Condado and Camposol, and even though there are some people who seem very negative about most things I feel the bond in our community in general is getting stronger and stronger and many people are trying to help each other.

hi bee, we used the solicitor on site ,he speaks very good english, he sat us down for about an hour and explained all the pro's and con's of making a spanish will, well worth it as it is such a complex thing to go through.
